Sending an RX Exam invite through Qualiphy’s portal is fast and simple! With just a few clicks, you can easily send the exam link directly to your patient, saving you time and keeping the process smooth and organized. By handling this through self-service, you stay in control, reduce back-and-forth communication, and speed up the exam scheduling process.
Note: Prior to sending Rx exam invite, please ensure that the Rx exam type in your portal is unlocked. Follow this guide How Do I Sign Up and Unlock Prescription Exam Types in Qualiphy?
This video showcases how to get started using QualiphyRx exams:
1. Log into your Qualiphy account, click the Send Exam Invite button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click the drop-down on Consultation type and choose QualiphyRx Packages: Consultation + Medication Delivery Made Easy
Note: If you only need GFE clearance, do not select both a good faith exam and a RX prescription exam. The Rx prescription exam is an ALL-INCLUSIVE exam. It includes the good faith exam, the prescription and the medication shipping, you do NOT need to select a regular good faith exam on top of the RX exam to get the medication.
3. Next, click the drop-down for options of medication under QualiphyRx Packages: Consultation + Medication Delivery Made Easy to view available prescriptions.
4. Choose a pharmacy package from the dropdown menu.
5. Once the treatment package is selected, the total price is displayed.
6. On the Patient Details section, input the patient's information.
7. Do not forget to fill in the Patient Address section. If the patient's shipping address is the same as the home address, tick on the box beside "Same as Home Address".
8. Lastly, if the selected GFE requires labwork or identification you can either upload the file or choose for the patient to upload it. Follow this guide for instructions to upload attachments.
9. Once the required selections are made, click the Send Invite button. As a result, the patient will receive an email and text message with the provided email address and phone number. Your patient can click “begin video consultation” to connect with a provider instantly from their device.
10. As an invite is sent, a success message is displayed at the top-right corner of the screen that says “Invite sent successfully”. This means that your patient will receive a text message and an email with their personalized screening link.
11. In case you want to connect to the provider instantly, click the Connect Instantly button.
- A popup will display on the screen asking you to confirm that you want to call the provider. To confirm, click the Call Provider button.
How Do I Select A Custom Pharmacy?
A custom pharmacy can be selected during Step 3.This time, choose Choose Your Pharmacy (Consultation and Prescription Only)
3.1 After selecting Choose Your Pharmacy (Consultation and Prescription Only), click the drop-down to show the available medication that you want for the patient.
3.2 Your clinic can now choose either of the two:
• Select Pharmacy
• Patient Selects The Preferred Pharmacy
Select Pharmacy - Clinic will be choosing its preferred pharmacy
1. Once you choose Select Pharmacy (Clinic), click on Select Your Custom Pharmacy
2. Portal wil show Search Pharmacy, you have to indicate the name of the pharmacy. Then click Search
3. Once you find the preferred pharmacy, click the box beside the pharmacy name and then click Done.
4. Pharmacy information will populate. You can now click on the drop down under Pharmacy Package to show available package for the medication and pricing

Patient Selects The Preferred Pharmacy - Patient will be choosing their preferred pharmacy
1. After selecting Patient Selects The Preferred Pharmacy, the drop-down for Pharmacy package will be available. Click on the medication being prescribed.
2. Pricing will now show once medication has been selected.
