 Knowing what each RX status means helps you stay informed and set clear expectations for your patients throughout the prescription process.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

1. Processing – The prescription is in progress and waiting to communicate with the pharmacy. No action is needed at this stage.

2. Pending Pharmacy Confirmation – The prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and is awaiting tracking information.

3. Shipped – The pharmacy has fulfilled the prescription, and tracking information is now available in the results tab and sent to the patient via email.
