Staying in the loop with your patient’s screening progress is easy with Qualiphy. You can turn on text and email notifications to get real-time updates as your patients move through each stage of the screening process.
Whether it's an exam invite sent, a screening completed, or a status change, these alerts help you stay informed without needing to constantly log in and check.
To enable notifications, follow these simple steps:
1. Please log in and press on the setting (the gear icon) in your dashboard.
2. Choose Notification Settings.
3. If you have multiple locations make sure to press the dropdown to choose the clinic of your choice and toggle on the Patient Exam Status you would like to be notified about. ie, Approved Status, Not Applicable Status, Defer to Physician Status
4. Once you have toggled on the notification of your choice please fill out the required fields which include, first name, last name & email and press save.
5. For Admins, if this option is turn on, our providers contact the patients as long as their exam is on Pending Status.
To deactivate this, click on the icon to deactivate it.
6. Your notification settings will be saved!
