The White Label feature allows clinics to customize their branding in the Qualiphy portal so patients see the clinic’s identity during their exam experience.
Step 1: Log in
Log in to your Qualiphy Portal.
Step 2: Open White Label Settings
From your Qualiphy Dashboard, select White Label.
Step 3: Customize Your Clinic Branding
Branding
This section allows you to personalize your clinic’s appearance.
You can:
Change the Clinic Display Name
Add a Brand Tagline
Choose Logo Placement (Left, Center, or Right)
Create a Welcome Message shown while the patient waits for a provider
Colors
If your clinic follows specific brand colors, you can apply them here.
You can customize:
Button Color
Button Text Color
Text Color
Background Color
Typography
This section allows you to change the font style used in the patient interface.
You can modify fonts for:
Headings
Body Text
Button Text
A live preview will update automatically as you make changes.
Layout
You can customize how the patient questionnaire appears.
You can choose how many pages (steppers) the questions appear on:
Minimum: 1 page
Maximum: 3 pages
You can also customize the Primary Button:
Button Type
Filled
Outlined
Text
Link
Raised
Button Style
Round
Half Round
Normal
Note: The Preview will show how the page will look before you click Save Changes.
Virtual Background
From the virtual background tab, you can customize the background of providers connecting with your patients to match your practice's branding.
Note: For accounts with multiple clinic locations, the background can be set for each location independently using the clinic dropdown in the top right of the White Label dashboard.
Settings
If you want to remove your customizations:
Go to the Settings tab
Click Reset to Qualiphy Default
This will delete all saved:
Colors
Typography
Layout
Background settings
Step 4: Enable the Patient Welcome Page
Once your White Label setup is complete, check the Patient Welcome Page box to activate your settings.
Tip: Always review the Preview panel before saving to ensure your branding appears exactly how you want patients to see it.
