When you first sign up with Qualiphy, you’ll be prompted to enter a payment method in your portal. It’s quick, secure, and only needs to be done once!
Once your payment method is on file, your clinic will only be charged after your patient completes their screening. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
Good to know: Your clinic will not be charged for any screenings marked as “N/A” status.
It’s all about keeping things simple, transparent, and focused on care.
