IntakeQ Integration

Functionality

Once connected, this integration ensures that all Qualiphy exam results are uploaded directly into your IntakeQ account under a dedicated Qualiphy folder (a new folder will be created automatically if one does not already exist). Additionally, if a patient with the same Name & Date of Birth, or email address, already exists, the results will be attached to that record. If neither condition matches, a new patient record will be created automatically before attaching the results.

Setup

1. Log in to your IntakeQ portal.

2. Click More (top-right).

3. Go to Settings (first row).

4. In the left menu, open Integrations (last row).

   • If this field is not available to you, reach out to the admin/owner of your IntakeQ account to complete the following steps to retrieve the API key.

5. Select Developer API Integration.

6. Copy your API Key.

7. Send the key to your Qualiphy contact to complete setup:

   • Your Customer Success representative or

   • [e-mail]
