How Do I Export My Billing Summaries?

Exporting your billing summaries in Qualiphy helps you keep clear, organized records of your clinic’s financial activity. Whether you're reviewing past invoices, sharing details with your accounting team, or just staying on top of clinic finances, it's a simple process that puts all the numbers at your fingertips.

With just a few clicks, you can download detailed summaries showing charges, dates, and clinic-specific billing information. These summaries are exportable in easy-to-read formats, so you can keep everything aligned with your internal tracking or reporting tools.

To export your billing summaries, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings tab on your Qualiphy portal.

2. Click on the Export Billing Link button.

3. Select the date range 

4. Once done, click on Generate
